Ban Lung is filled with “Provincial Departments of…”. It is the provincial capital of Ratanakiri, but even then, it has a lot of official buildings for a town that can be cycled through in around ten minutes. Here is just a selection!
Look out for my favourites: the Orwellian Mystery that is the ‘Department of Information’, and the incomplete ‘Department of Planning’.
